Our Suite
Our Policies
- You are the only guests and you get the entire B&B to yourselves,
we provide house-keeping daily. For those who do not believe in being
neat or picking up your personal belongings, regretfully; The New
England House is not for you.
The rest of you are WELCOME and you will be treated like Royalty (as
per our guests' testament, please review our guest's book.)
- Tariff: May through Oct $179 (peak season); Nov. through Apr $159
(based on single or double occupancy).
- There is a 8% room tax.
- We can accommodate one child over 12 - $50.
- Extra person over 18 - $80.
- Maximum occupancy: 3 persons.
- Cancellation Policy
- $25 fee for any cancellation. Notification must be received
14 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise, a one night room
rate will be charged.
- 2 nights minimum required for weekends during peak season
and holidays. Early departure will be charged for dates reserved
if they are unable to be re-occupied.

- Check out: 11:00 AM
